Retiree Parties

One of the greatest joys in my work and perhaps the most rewarding, is hosting special events and get togethers for seniors. I draw immense pleasure in transporting them back to by-gone eras that held the greatest joy for them and reconnecting them to the treasured ‘care-free’ chapters of their lives.

It’s a delight watching them smoozy around the dance floor as I roll out the crooners of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Seeing them smile, let go and enjoy themselves while they swing to the likes of Glenn Miller and joyfully croon along with Sinatra, Elvis and Diamond often brings tears to my eyes. I sometimes think I was born in the wrong era!
